From a Cuban to my readers, Throughout my life, I have learned from many things and many people. Some carved their own paths with unwavering determination; others, shaped by circumstances beyond their control, reached places they never imagined they could. And then there were those who simply drifted along the currents of monotony. I, at different times, found myself in all three of these places—standing still, questioning the world as it moved around me, unsure of whether I was truly a part of it or merely an observer. That very doubt, that search for meaning, is what led me to embark on this project. In many ways, this character is a reflection of that journey— of what it means to belong, and sometimes, what it means not to. From childhood, we begin shaping the traits that may one day define us—or not. Life is a continuous process of becoming, of discovering who we are and what we are meant to be. Whether this journey takes me somewhere great or not, I am grateful—to those who supported me, to those who did not, and most of all, to you, my readers. Thank you.
